What You Will Do In Your Role

1.Attend shift meeting / pass over (outgoing shift to incoming shift) at the beginning of shift

2.Verify PM1, sensor verification checklist and lubrication routine.

3.Review SRS by shiftly and prioritize on repair/setup.

4.Review output and quality with leader/supervisor.

5.Perform repair according to supervisor/Engineer assignment and escalate to Engineer if more than 6 hours with details.

6.Perform job card by shiftly basis.

7.Provide data analysis for incoming material quality issue. ( DMC )

8.Attend open SRS and close SRS when complete machine repair.

9.Attend and investigate on machine related RN/QN/CTP during shift.

10.Provide training to supporter and machine runner.

11.Validate and train machine runner and supporter capability, technical skill and measurement method.

12.Ensure 6s machine in good condition (Wiring, cover, safety fixture, temporary fixed method and etc.)

13.Ensure the tooling arrangement in good condition.

14.Need to support other series for overall performance.

15.Verify machine speed (IE rate).

16.Assist Engineer when needed for improvement projects, data analysis and study.

Perform PM2 & PM3 with Engineer/PM Group according to PM schedule, when needed.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

1.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and (main language of the geography of responsibility)

2.Mechanical maintenance experience is necessary

3.Electrical maintenance experience is an asset

4.Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the needs of internal customers

5.Strong understanding and conscious of safe work practices

6.Team player

7.High energy and self-motivated

Competent in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP experience is an asset
