Description

What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Work with supplier to make product inspection plan and product audit plan, to ensure incoming parts meet drawing requirements and technical spec.
2. Issue IRR if parts with quality issue, meanwhile, SCAR will be accompanying with the IRR be released to supplier accordingly.
3. Follow up/monitor supplier quality problem solving process, and support supplier to improve problem solving capability.
4. Involve new supplier development process.
5. Conducts supplier process audit per VDA6.3, and lead supplier to take proper actions about the findings.
6. Supplier PPAP audit and approval. And to monitor subcontractors’ process quality management/control, to ensure the process capability meet PPAP status.
7. Make monthly supplier performance assessment, and send letter to supplier to attention.
8. Supplier management system development.support our current supplier to build and implementmanagement system per TS16494/ISO14001/ISO45001 requirements.
9. Special process audit per requirements of CQI.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical design or related field.
2. Good knowledge at GD&T, and diecasting parts and process.
3. Good Chinese and English communication skills, both written and oral.
4. 3 years experience in supplier quality management or quality control and quality assurance
5. Good knowledge on SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and other quality tools as 8D.
6. Good knowledge at VDA6.3, VDA6.3 auditor is more preferred
7. Ability to travel when required.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Self-motivated.
10. Good PC skills.
