In our Molex' Bucharest Office we are hiring an 

Administrative Assistant

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Support in creating and updating site/company administrative procedures and documentation
  • Keeping good contact with the global organization and local suppliers in the job-related interest areas
  • In charge of acquisition for the Bucharest office by ensuring proper use of the global acquisition process, following-up on each step as needed
  • Acquire the orders, examine the goods and other materials, return any damaged material to the vendor, and keep inventory up to date
  • File invoices, online and hard copy, and share them with all interested parties, follow-up on payments and answer all queries on any shared documents
  • Support in ISO/IATF document creation for all roles (HR, finance, acquisitions and site specific documents) 
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Supporting the Site Manager in administrative tasks
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, and recording office related information as needed
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands, helping organize and maintain the office

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a related field 
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel 
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) 
  • Team player with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Professionalism and integrity are required in all communication
