Purpose 

Promotes design-in and sells Molex range of products. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

- Focus on new design win to meet Sales budgets. 

- Maintain & increase share in targeted account and review new business opportunities with management regularly 

- Collect customer/competitor information. 

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update the upside opportunity and downside risk with detail information 

- Work closely and communicate well with CSR in order expediting to ensure the highest customer service is put to the targeted customers to meet Product Division at lowest cost 

- Update and maintain high degree of accuracy in CRM on weekly basis Scope Revenue is varied by individual Sales, could range from 1M USD to 45MUSD per year 

Qualifications 

-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering are preferred, other disciplines would be considered if relevant experience possessed. 

-5-year experiences for customer demand management 

-With the experience to handle for Tier-1 ODM customer. 

-Familiar with connector / DATACOM industry is preferred 

-Adaptive personality with problem solving mind-set 

-Windows operation environment, internet literal, MS Office, SAP system, -Build good rapport with customers at all level 

-Good English ability on reading and writing
