Data Integration and Process Manager
Description
Responsible for ensuring proper integration of data from source to target system and ensuring alignment into a sustainable data management process. Responsible for development, implementation of a sustainable data management process strategy. Partner with project and data teams to analyze data across the enterprise, creating and executing standardization plans, defining data owners, and working with a large number of business and technical stakeholders to remediate data issues. Provide solutions and recommendations to implement active governance of the companies most critical data. Responsible for partnering with business functions to facilitate conformance to data standards and business rules.
The job holder must be capable of working independently on complex global projects requiring a thorough understanding of business data issues affecting the global organization. Contact and Communication with management will be on an as needed basis or during scheduled meetings. The tasks are a mixture of complex and simple. Some problems and projects will require more thought, investigation and time to complete. To be effective they must possess a balanced blend of business and technical knowledge and be capable of effective communications in both business and technical languages.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Define, document, deploy, and sustain the global master data process for creating, changing and deactivating data
Supports key transformation programs for MDM, data alignment, data migration and data quality
Assist in shaping and execution of the overall data management strategy
Identify, implement and maintain workflow tools in partnership with business stakeholders. Is the application owner of data process and workflow tools
Define and build process metrics/KPI and implement master data quality dashboards
Coordinates with the Global Process Team, IT & data stewardship teams to harmonize and simplify business processes
Establishes a continuous improvement process to drive clarity in data ownership and to systematically improve data quality
Propose and implement areas for automation and better data processing
Analyze and ensure master data compliance (GxP, GDPR, ITAR)
Define strategies and data requirements for implementing advanced analytics and data insights through statistical analysis and science
Analyze data & processes to make recommendations for enterprise standards and business rules
Facilitate and improved the data integration process for key ERP and data migrations
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree + 7 years in an IT related field
5+ years demonstrated experience in MDM with large scale data
Strong business and technical background in data analysis and data management
Demonstrated data analysis experience
Experience working with ERP data
Experience working with data integration and data analysis tools
Ability to manage and develop cooperative and constructive relationships across business and functional area
Previous experience working on teams or leading project teams consisting of business and IT resources
What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science + 4 years computer related field or Associate Degree in IT related field + 7 years computer related experience
7+ years demonstrated experience in MDM with large scale data and project management
Deep understanding of current advanced data management and governance technologies & trends
Tibco EBX experience
Proven project management skills that demonstrate the ability to complete assignments in a systematic and timely basis
