Description
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Handling Customer’s portals
- Analyzing of complaints - 8D report, defining needed actions, monitoring of implementation of improvements
- Ongoing customer service - problem analysis, reporting, presentation of causes and actions
- Preparing qualitative lists, presentations, analyzes, instructions
- Supervising of sorting companies - monitoring of rejects, reacting to results
- Participating in Customer Audits (meetings, teleconferences), defining and implementing activities before and after audits
- Representing the Company in front of Customers
- Analyzing internal problems
- Conducting process capability studies, defining activities to validate and obtain the required level
- Working on new projects as a representative of the quality department
- Defining the requirements and quality criteria with the client
- Preparing PPAP documentation (control plan, inspection instructions, IMDS creation, quality standards)
- Preparing parts and documentation for project milestones - product calibration at the customer's site
- Supervising the timeliness of component development tests
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Fluency in English
- Automotive experience
- 3+ experience gained in Quality area
