Project Engineer (m/f/d) Separation Technology

Description

Due to increasing growth opportunities, Koch Separation Solutions has identified the need a Project Engineer for our Separation Technology portfolio to join the European organization. As a Project Engineer you will be responsible to coordinate and execute small to large-scale projects by creating and updating relevant development documentations such as P&ID’s to support the Tech Service Team during the system start phase and piloting at the costumer sites. We are looking for those that share our passion in providing innovative solutions to the market to solve our customers complex challenge paired with strong technical expertise and business acumen.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Create and update project related documents such as P&ID’s, Bill of Materials, Sequence of Operations, Component Specifications, Component manuals and certificates as well as closeout documents such as FAT and SAT protocols
  • Coordinate and execute specific system pre checks and support the Tech Service Team during start phases of new systems and piloting
  • Communicate project execution progress, technical challenges, customer requests and changes which have an impact on the project timeline or costs
  • Provide feedback and guidance on technical and cost relevant issues as well as cost and risk estimates based on the design
  • Support sales visits and present technical solutions at the customer sites

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor´s /master’s degree in process engineering or a similar degree with focus on process engineering
  • 2+ years of work experience in integration and building separation systems (membrane filtration/food processing preferred)
  • Highly technical aptitude, effective management, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with colleagues, internal and external customers, suppliers, and co-workers
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to travel in Europe to coordinate global and regional projects deployment
