Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Menomonie, Wisconsin location is seeking a Validation Engineer to support manufacturing operations.

The Validation Engineer will support manufacturing in the effort to ensure optimum validation of projects/programs to meet customer, regulatory, and, manufacturing requirements. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Coordinate, direct and lead validation efforts including: processes, computer system validation, equipment and instrument qualification, and facility and utility qualifications.
  • Compile and analyze validation data, write/review/approve protocols, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain appropriate validation documents and files.
  • Facilitate and/or support validation training, change control, reviews of validation systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Function as a liaison with project engineering and manufacturing engineering.
  • Interface with customers to resolve issues.
  • Travel to other facilities may be required to support business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Validation Engineering or Quality Engineering
