General Summary
Responsible for import, transportation and customs management.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1.Implement import operations in conformance with customs laws, regulations and policies include documents preparation, goods tracking sea and air shipment, inspection, etc
2.Responsible for bonded materials electric book applying, follow up, close and bonded materials control, scrap, tax remittance.
3.Balance bonded materials stock and finance stock, if any discrepancy provide analyze report and solve immediately.
4.Keep good relationship with customs, inspection office, forwarder, transportation company and all other relevant parties.
5.Respond quickly to any emergency cases in import, customs handbook or inspection related and can solve immediately.
6.Keep learn and master new regulations and laws of customs, distribute information to relevant party internally.
7.Coordinate warehouse, planner, and supplier to initiate daily goods receipt and delivery plan, support to achieve monthly target.
8.Responsible for customs process related to scraped materials and hazardous materials.
9.Other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
- College at least,
- Above 5 years experience in Logistics management
- Customs declaration certification
- Excellent follow-up and high attention to detail.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers and third party logistics service providers.
- Understand special regulation and process for EPZ
- Good interpersonal skills and creative in problem solving.
- Have good computer skills of Word, Excel, MRP system and English.
- Good honest personnel character and team player.
