KBX Logistics in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Training and Development Lead to join our fast pace and growing software team.In this role, the Training and Development Lead will design, build, lead, and oversee all learning and development programs with our organization. This includes working with business operations, product, customer success, and HR to identify training needs based on gap analysis for internal as well as external customers. To be successful in this role, you should have experience designing educational curriculum, managing a diverse book of projects, and wield an entrepreneurial approach to disseminating knowledge across an organization and its customer base. Knowledge of LMS platforms and eLearning is essential. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Working with business owners to identify and problem solve gaps in current knowledge across a diverse body of software products such as, Intro to XYZ product

·Working with HR and business operations to identify and problem solve gaps in current process and procedure such as, new hire onboarding

·Creating, extending, enhancing, revising, and maintaining course material

·Collaborating, designing, building, and deploying training programs across cross-functional groups

·Serving as a subject matter expert to the customer success team, helping create and refine course material for custom delivery that can then be used for repeat delivery to other clients via an LMS.

·Managing a variety of tasks related to the build and deployment of course material.

    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

    ·5+ years of experience creating material on technical topics for a wide variety of audiences, from desktop support technicians to C-level executives

    ·5+ year of experience as a Training Lead or similar role

    ·5+ years of experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment for internal as well as external customers

    ·5+ years with eLearning LMS and/or development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline Suite, Vyond, or Canva

    ·3+ years designing training programs for SaaS software companies

    ·Experience building conceptual visualizations using tools like LucidCharts and Visio

        ·Have you crated course material in the past that was easily delivered online?

        ·Can you tell a story with a point, using the elements of the story to cement the knowledge?

        ·Have you project managed course development cradle to grave?

        ·Can you build a five star training and development team?
