•Demand Creation of Molex Target Industry segment with product in assigned region.
•To design in Molex products to customer End-Product successfully through good selling technique, product applications & intensive customer services activities.
•Account & Program management should be the major focus to help the fulfilment Sales in maximize the Molex Shares.
The job encompasses the following responsibilities:
•Responsible of front-end Demand Creation with design Molex product in target customer’s End Product and maintain Salesforce by weekly basis.
•Meet Salesforce Pipeline Target.
•Responsible for project coordination of those product related opportunities.
•Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports with high accuracy and list out detail information in opportunities.
•Review new opportunities with DSM/RSM on weekly basis and updates status in Salesforce with high accuracy.
•Liaise with Industry Marketing Managers to identify the potential business for Molex in assigned location.
-Identify the focus end-product segment.
-Identify the focus customer from focus product segment with potential opportunity.
•Work closely with Molex Product Managers to work on the front-end design in process and make sure that Molex can maximize the share from customer perspective.
•Understand the customer’s needs and requirement; coordinate in between divisions to set up and adjust the sales plan if necessary
•Provide quick response to key customers request on technical and application support.
•Build and develop the strategic customer relationship.
Fluent Mandarin & English, Strong computer skills, excellent customer relation’s skills, strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload, interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations. Strong technical background is a Plus. Have a good track record of minimum 3 to 4 years in related electronic components sales with front-end design experience.
