In this role, you will work closely with a team of designers, strategists, developers, technical program managers, engineers and architects to research and inform the path for the next generation of industrial connected equipment experiences. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will have the opportunity to employ the wide range of research methodologies including explorative and formative, moderated and unmoderated, qualitative, and quantitative protocols. In addition, new methods and practices are welcomed to build the foundation of UX Research.   

What You Will Do In Your Role

The successful candidate will need to think strategically, have strong research practices, and be able to target and present research findings to the variety of different audiences. You will need to be detail oriented and thorough in your approach to the research protocol, but flexible enough to work within time and product constrains. You will need a proven track record of driving impact through delivering actionable insights and follow through to their implementation. Most importantly, you will need to be a passionate advocate for users and able to demonstrate how User Research leads to measurable business value. 

The Experience You Will Bring


  • 5+ years of experience conducting UX/User/Design Research (best practices with usability studies, UX Scorecards, interviews, surveys, card sorts etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience with planning, executing, and analyzing qualitative/quantitative and mixed method studies
  • 3+ years of experience working with complex subject matter with clear proven deliverables through verbal and written communication
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Computer Interactions, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience (4+ years)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with User Research in AI space
  • Experience developing an enterprise UX Research capability
