What You Will Do In Your Role

  1. Lead the team on material planning, production planning, and material purchasing activities 
  2. Demand Forecast management: a. Based on ERP forecast input by CSOs, master planner makes analysis and company level capacity planning, which is from 6 months to 12 months. b. Support management in creating long term strategic business and capacity planning.
  3. Production planning: a. Develop the master planning process and Production planning process and planning tool. b. Analysis and present critical production bottlenecks, make recommendations to management for decision making and actions on resources (man, machine and materials) constraints. 
  4. Direct material purchasing to fulfill production schedule; and control inventory into proposer level.
  5. Warehouse Management: a. Safety management. b. Material management, make sure physical matches logical. c. Warehouse spare optimization.
  6. System setup: a. Set up the required system parameters in ERP system for factory and general level production, with the support by process engineers and production supervisors, and be responsible for on-going update and the accuracy of the data. b. In charge of MRP running and report generation to support enterprise business growth. c. Work with consultant and IT on system optimization.
  7. Customer Order management: a. Communicate with customer on delivery, future demand. b. Delivery commitment to customer against capacity. c. Customer relationship management; to get high satisfaction.
  8. Lead manufacturing flow optimization work. 
  9. Lead the team, and coach& develop team members.
  10. MBM culture promotion and practice in organization. 
  11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor or above.
  2. More than 8-years working experiences.
  3. Good knowledge of production planning / master planning.
  4. Solid work experience on warehouse management.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Solid production planning and customer service knowledge.
  7. Good oral & written English skills.
  8. Good command of MS computer skills, such as word, excel and power point.

 

What Will Put You Ahead

  1. SAP experience.
  2. Multinational/International company related functional work experience.
  3. Experienced in HMLV.
  4. Medical or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
