Description
The Experience You Will Bring
To monitor stamping process capability through online vision system to ensure highest quality level is achieved - To analyze process variations, identify root causes and work closely with QA, Production, Maintenance & Tooling groups to eliminate the root causes to prevent recurrence
- To ensure process FMEA is performed for all new products per IATF 16949 standards
To implement statistical method throughout the department and monitor its effectiveness - To establish/update SOSS for all products and ensure proper execution and documentation
- To work with QA engineer, tooling engineer and Production to provide solution to customer complaints
- To train toolmaker/production & QC personnel regarding new/transfer process SOP
- To train and certify all production operators, MA, MS and leaders for all process related operation
- To work closely with production, QA, Maintenance and tooling group in order to continuously improve quality & quantity
- To work with IQC engineer to ensure rejected raw materials are properly handled and 8D reports are provided by supplier promptly
- To conduct regular process audit to ensure operators comply to quality & EHS standards
- To participate in sub-con process audit
- To participate in internal IATF 16949 audit
- To propose quality disposition on quarantined products
- To establish automated Keyence program to help production to reduce inspection time
- To establish new procedures or revise current procedures when necessary
- Provide tooling analysis in problem solving for better POEE, OEE improvement
- To establish/update SOSS for all products and ensure proper execution and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- at least 3 years working experiences in Stamping
- Knowledge of Stamping tooling & process
