Description
Georgia Pacific’s Consumer Products Group (CPG) Digital Core Program is adding a Change Management Specialist to its Business Integration/Organizational Change Management (BI/OCM) team. The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in helping us assure readiness and adoption of the new S4/HANA system being implemented across all of CPG. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, job roles, systems, and technology.
Successful candidates should have strong organizational skills with experience in managing tasks effectively and delivering quality outcomes on-time. The Change Management Specialist must also be able to proficiently develop written materials and internal content with strong attention to detail while working collaboratively with a team.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Change Management, Change Network & Communications:
- Serve as a peer coach for other change specialists
- Collaborate with site communications & training leaders to provide guidance and support
- Create, update and approve comms content for our Change Network
- Manage the Super User readiness program (including metrics creation & distribution)
- Partner with Director on Business Readiness Assessment
- Execute the final cutover window (FCW) communications strategy
Change Management – Training:
- Create dashboards to report end user training effectiveness
- Provide guidance to sites on customized training execution strategies
- Drive coordination and delivery of new training content
- Support Train-the-Trainer program in partnership with program leaders and local sites
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management associated with IT organizational change initiatives
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects and implementations
- Ability to analyze data and metrics

- Managing change for manufacturing sites
