PHILLIPS MEDISIZE, a Molex company, is hiring an
EHS COORDINATOR - BOZP Specialista/ka
location: Trhové Sviny, Jihočeský kraj, Česká republika
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for providing environmental, health and safety leadership to the Site, as well as to manage the EHS activities; establish objectives and targets; internal reporting of EHS performance; communication of regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Manage and direct site in achieving EHS targets & objectives
- Setting short and long-term strategic direction, site EHS priorities, and assign resources
- Facilitate risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects
- Ensuring compliance to all applicable standards and regulations
- Support EHS goals to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results
- Utilize established EHS data processes to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information
- Work in compliance with good manufacturing practice, compliance to ISO 15378, 21CFR820 and ISO 13485
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Certified Safety Professional (Osoba odborně způsobilá v prevenci rizik BOZP)
- Experience in implementation of comprehensive EHS management systems
- Solid awareness of operations and business processes
- ISO norms and Quality management experience nice to have
- English language on B2 level
- Able to work effectively across different organizational levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with all employees within the plant
What Will Put You Ahead
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with hazard and risk assessments and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Team management skills and the capability to lead change
- Analytical, leadership, project planning, program development and deployment skills
