What You Will Do In Your Role
- Order entry & follow up and ensure delivery on time
- Issue urgent shipment form to W/H for customer urgent delivery.
- Communicate with customer ‘s purchasing department to get a reasonable CRD.
- Communicate with PIC, buyers & SCH to get a schedule for customers. And pull in the schedule when it can’t meet customer’s request.
- Push overdue payment according A/R report
- Control customer reschedule and cancellation to reduce and limit S&E
- Support sales engineer to get samples for customer approval
- Coordinate with customer to settle custom declaration issue with WH custom clerk
- Send shipping documents to customer
- Issue RGA form for the return from customers.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- 5 years related working experience
- College Degree
- Inter-personal skill
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- MS Office skills
- Good English in written and verbal
What Will Put You Ahead
- Education in Business or Electronics preferred
- Statistics skills a plus
- Familiar with SAP
