KBX Logistics in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSMs). CSMs provide customers with dedicated resources that will guide and help customers achieve maximum value from their KBXT software investment. It is the CSM’s responsibility to drive customer adoption and success. Key to this role is being able to articulate value and both inspire and align KBXT’s SaaS software with the customer’s strategic business goals. The CSMs fosters a dynamic and strategic relationship between Infor and the customer. Infor CSMs are committed to a long term and dedicated partnership to drive continued success.   

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Evangelize capabilities of applications including adoption of Best Practices and product features
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer Executive Sponsors to guarantee that all activities are closely aligned with the customer’s strategic priorities
  • Identify risks to the customer in achieving their stated business goals and develop a tactical and strategic health plan
  • Customer retention including supporting the renewal process and qualifying new opportunities
  • Seek customer reference by creating raving fans

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an additional 2+ years of experience working in a customer success role in the SaaS industry
  • 5+ years’ experience working in SaaS B2B Industry or System Integrator within the software or high-tech industry
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation and/or logistics with knowledge of industry terminology/best practice across truck, LTL, rail, intermodal, ocean, and air
  • 3+ years of experience managing critical customer issues with senior management
  • 5+ years of combined successful experience in the following areas: customer/account management, project management or implementation management experience in the SaaS for enterprise industry

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with major TMS, ERPs, and/or Business Intelligence
  • Experience working with key technology partners and vendors
  • Experience working with a Professional Services, Customer Success, Maintenance Sales, Premium
  • Support, or Services organization to have a good working knowledge of maintenance and support
  • Experience working in Business Applications implementation projects
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and Support applications
