What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues, concerns and Strategic Account Management. 作为重要客户重大问题的反馈和沟通的窗口。
2. Responsible for sustainable program management. 负责持续生产项目的项目管理。
3. Align and execute account strategies and focus in-line with Global Account strategy. 保持全球大客户的项目策略一致性，并且执行统一的方案。
4. Represent company and acts as a primary customer point of contact, provide on-going feedback to management, product teams. 作为公司的代表，作为客户的联系人，保持与客户的及时、持续的沟通，并且反馈给公司管理人员和产品相关团队。
5. Develop & implement plans with cross functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. 与各相关部门指定和执行计划，通过有效的项目计划，协调、谈判来签署相应的合同达到预计的目标。
6. Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high-quality interactions with customer management. 通过与客户持续、有效的互动，达成并保持高水平的客户满意度。
7. Ensure compliance requirements on Quality, Regulatory and company policies. 确保符合公司质量，法规，政策的要求。
8. High level of effectiveness in communication of information through verbal, written and presentation formats with customers, internal stakeholders, and team members. 通过语言，书面和报告等方式，与客户、内部相关方进行有效的沟通。
9. Work with internal team on quotation on product and present to customer. 与内部相关部门合作，根据公司要求提供产品、服务的报价。
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.  主管安排的其他任务。

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

1. Education to Bachelor Degree level or above. 本科及以上学历。
2. More than 5-year working experience. 5年以上工作经验。
3. Proven key account management and project planning skills. 大客户管理，及项目计划等技能。
4. Strong influencing, interpersonal to drive collaborative culture at all levels. 优秀的沟通能力，营造一个良好、合作的工作氛围。
5. High level presentation skills. 优秀的报告展示能力。
6. Fluent in English language, written and oral. 英语听说读写流利。
7. Good command of MS computer skills, such as word, excel and power point. 熟练使用各种办公软件。

What Will Put You Ahead

1. Multinational/International company related functional work experience. 跨国公司的工作经验，有多个部门的工作经历优先。
2. With solid experience on program management. 有项目管理经验。
