What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Support RFQ team to estimate the cycle time, press tonnage, scrap rate and define the tool spec to quote.
2. Hands on DFM report with predicted most of potential issue of part/tool.
3. Skilled on mold design with UG NX.
4. Define advanced tool concept/ layout to make sure PMC tooling is above industry level.
5. Leading tool design review to minimum the risk during tool manufacture/ trail run and debug/ mass production/ maintenance.
6. In front of customer(global) to discuss the Part Design(Mold ability)/ DFM/ Tooling Concept/ Tooling Design Qualification confidently and professionally.
7. Training Junior Engineer and Technician.
8. Actively participate in continual improvement/innovation, corrective action and internal/external customer satisfaction.
9. Other job assign by management team.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

1. Collage, major in Engineering or related.
2. 5+ years experience in tool industry.  
   
3. Good knowledge on the tool design.
4. Good knowledge on the molding.
5. Fluent English in writing and oral. 

What Wil You Ahead

1. Bachelor, major in Engineering or related.
2. 10+ years experience in tool design in medical industry.  
3. Experience on the Moldflow.
4. Project management skill.
5. High cavitation and fast cycle time tool experience.
