The CRM Configuration Analyst will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.

The team member will be responsible for configuring MS Dynamics CRM.They will be responsible for creating dashboards and PowerBI reports.The member will perform additional Business Analyst and Support roles.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Experience on large scale MS Dynamics CRM deployments and administration
  • Good communication skills including written and spoken English
  • Ability to document As Is processes and work with business units to develop To Be processes
  • Ability to engage with customers, document their needs.Assist with designing process and solutions to positively impact the customer experience
  • Communicate with business and end users.
  • Take support calls and assist end users by problem resolution.
  • Good understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service processes

·MS Dynamics CRM Configuration of custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.

·Design, build and maintain PowerBI – for interactive charts and dashboards

  • Strong competency in basic Microsoft office applications as well as PowerBI, Power Automate and MS Project

·Ability to work hours that are compatible to US.

    Requirements:

    ·3-5 years experience working with MS Dynamics CRM online solution

    ·MS Dynamics 365 online configuration experience

    • XML skills

    ·5+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM solution

    ·MS Dynamics Administrator Certification

    • MS Dynamics 365 Online / PowerBi / Flow (Power Automate) / PowerApps (Canvas Apps)
    • WordPress Development Pipeline Management & Deployment Experience 
    • C#
    • HTML, CSS

    .PHP / mySQL / LAMP Server Administration
