The Programmer will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.

The Building Products Programmer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and support of computer software and other business applications that add value within Georgia-Pacific Building Products.This position will report to the KTC Technical Lead.

The BP-IT Programmer will provide maintenance, support, and enhancements of OneLISA and other BPIT software applications.OneLISA is a proprietary Building Products-IT Sales Order Management Software application that manages $6 Billion dollars of Georgia-Pacific’s Wood Products, Gypsum, and Transportation business.Georgia-Pacific LLC is part of Koch Industries, a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments.

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Work within a project team with the goal of translating business requirements into viable and innovative software application from a diverse technology stack.

·Proactivity interface and work efficiently/effectively with various team members including but not limited to end-users, business analysts, software developers, database administrators, and project managers.

·Continually increase both business and technical knowledge to deliver technology-based solutions that are aligned with our customer strategies.

·Execute unit tests and perform basic systems testing

·Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to support issues in a timely manner.

    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

    Bulleted List: 4-5 objective, non-comparable requirements are recommended

    ·BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.

    ·3+ years software development.

    ·3+ years of .NET development (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, etc., MVC/C#)

    ·3+ years SQL Server TSQL or similar RDBMS.

    ·TFS / Agile experience.

      What Will Put You Ahead

      ·2 years Angular JS.

      ·Web API.

      • Experience with building and deploying software solutions in Amazon Web Services
