Territory Sales Manager

Description

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for the sales activities to direct customers (i.e. Fabricators/Processors) and, therefore, has a strong executional component within the Sales lifecycle. The TSM is also the primary contact point for Cladders. The role is home office based in the Netherlands or Belgium.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Define the Account Plan based on several inputs, including: volume, mix details and prices 
  • Define rebates level for specific customers, based on historical data
  • Prepare the Price Request Form (PRF), including specificities not foreseen in the price guidelines
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction via regular touch points (e.g. track last order shipping/ quality issues) 
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing and Pricing teams regarding customer response, unmet needs, competitive reaction and impact of promotional campaigns 
  • Monitor/ follow the eligible partners for the Guardian Certification program (with support from the Technical Services team)
  • Deploy the segment-based service models, value propositions, including: programs, new product introductions, and price strategy execution 
  • Respond to non-standard/ project quoting requests
  • Negotiate pricing whilst respecting the guidelines (i.e. rebates, discounts, etc.) 
  • Secure the contract within the agreed quantities and price, upon client acceptance
  • Monitor the order and shipping activities

  • Experience in Sales Strategy Development 
  • Regional Market Knowledge 
  • Customer orientation and ability to maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of Sales Tools & Technologies 
  • Fluency in English and Dutch/Flemish
