Description
Koch Industries is looking for a Plant Manager for our Guardian Glass facility in Porto Real, Brazil. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible to oversee operations in the plant, promote business growth and implement our corporate culture (MBM).

- Provide strategic vision, direction and leadership to the management team and workforce
- Develop and implement effective business strategies and programs
- Implement and support successfully our company culture
- Develop and evaluate business opportunities

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- College or university degree in engineering
- Managerial experience at various levels
- Transformation Industry background (Glass, Steel, Aluminum, Chemical, etc.)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Strong customer focus
- Strong communication skills to motivate teams, collaborate with diverse groups across the organization and external partmers.
