What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Provide and transfer telephone service for the company.
  •  Visitor reception management according to visitor management program.
  •  Welcome board update and management. 
  • Company express & magazine & letter service etc. 
  • Other miscellaneous admin work.
  •  Any other duties as assigned by management. 
  • Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • College degree or above. 
  • 1+ years experience in the reception or admin. 
  • Major in English is preferred. 
  • Be familiar with office software. 
  • Good oral &writing English skill. 
  • Good communication &coordination skill.
