Description
We are looking for you to become our Quality Engineer to join our QA team in Guardian Egypt.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Drive continuous improvement related to quality
- Maintains quality Systems.
- Maintains ISO certification.
- Responsible for containment activities.
- Follows up to ensure issues are resolved
- Testing and validating product processes and procedures.
- Audits compliance with regulations and certifications
- Maintains and execute Process Control Plans.
- Develop Quality Alerts.
- Analyze Statistical process control data.
- Teaches and models the use of quality tools
- Analyze material certifications for all incoming raw materials.
- Manages Supplier Quality Issues.
- Monitors Quality Key Performance indicators KPI and Cost of poor quality COPQ.
- Respond to a customer within 24hrs with a preliminary containment and root cause analysis.
- Works with Sales and customer service departments to understand customer issues and represents voice of the customer on the factory floor
- Focused on priority customers
- Develop a first piece verification process for Float production.
- Train hourly operators and develops and maintains work instructions.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate is preferred
- Degree in a science, technology or engineering subject
- Expert level in English and Arabic language is mandatory
- Good communication and presentation skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work on shop flour
- Have Analytical thinking skills
- Residing in Cairo and able to work in 10th of Ramadan city.
