The principal objective of this position is to collaborate closely with the Commercial, Technical, Product Management and Domestic Marketing Teams to develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies that align with business plan objectives. The role will coordinate extensively with marketing agencies in targeted geographies for development and implementation of effective strategies.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Plan, develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies for our Dens® line of gypsum panels in the EMEA region
  • Collaborates with third-party marketing agencies to develop and execute region specific plans to include market research/benchmarking, channel/audience strategy, content development, media strategy, sales enablement / tools, SEO/SEM, demand generation, etc.
  • Develop KPI’s / metrics to continually track results and make recommendations for optimization
  • Works closely with International Sales Teams to develop strategies and content that enhances customer experience and drives profitable growth
  • Develop and execute market-specific lead generation and qualification strategies by partnering with demand gen, sales and third-party marketing agencies
  • Works with Sales to develop annual strategic marketing plan and forecast and corresponding KPI to track results
  • Continuous competitive benchmarking to gain visibility to trends and methods that will drive best practice and innovation

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • B2B Marketing Experience
  • Building Products Experience with familiarity of commercial construction sales and marketing strategies
  • Prior Global Marketing Experience and familiarity working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment
  • Spanish or French language skills would be an advantage
  • Prior experience and knowledge of customer relationship platforms (i.e. salesforce)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Written/Verbal Fluency in English
  • Must be willing and able to travel 15% (including international travel)
