HR Process Administrator

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Provide support to EU based locations on a variety of tasks using the HRIS systems
  • Standardize and execute common centralized HR processes
  • Assist with the review and implementation of new and existing processes
  • Assist with report generation, maintenance and distribution
  • Maintain and ensure confidentially of data
  • Work with EU locations to trouble shoot issues
  • Assist with various projects related to HR
  • Extensive interaction with internal customers

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in an administrative HR role

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Pro-active and open-minded, ready to work in transforming structure
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized, ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Dynamic and mature personality
  • Fluent English; Polish, German, French or Spanish a plus
  • Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Experience in supporting processes for a Global Organization

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Functional experience in systems: myHR, Dayforce, ServiceNow
