Technical Product Manager

OnPoint Digital Solutions, a division of Koch Engineered Solutions, is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team. The Technical Product Manager will have the opportunity to be a critical part of a fast-growing technology start-up within a large and stable company, working with industrial clients across a broad set of companies while leveraging cutting-edge technical solutions in problem solving/optimization.

The Technical Product Manager will help drive realizing analytics solution strategies into analytics software solutions. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with product strategists and software engineering teams to build analytics software products for industrial engineering domain. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, and the successful candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction and be flexible to deal with ambiguities/unknowns.  

This role is open to candidates sitting remotely in the Denver, Wichita, Dallas, or Tulsa areas. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Contribute defining and prioritizing product roadmaps by working with product strategists and customer success team
  • Translate product vision/strategies/road map into low level details for software engineering teams to execute
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog, support user story definition and well defined acceptance criteria
  • Partner with UX designers, drive wireframes and establish feedback loops from customers
  • Effectively manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies across global systems/teams through an organized, collaborative, and structured approach
  • Beyond just delivering new products, obsessive about continuous product improvement and optimizing for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager and/or Product Owner in an agile/scrum environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent or 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a technology and/or engineering driven businesses

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Software Engineering practices like Scrum, Kanban etc.
  • Experience working in industrial engineering domain and understanding of applying analytics in the industrial engineering
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, UX, Data Science, Engineering, and Support
