As part of our local HR team, you will be equally consulting our employees, supervisors and the management and act as partner on every level.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Consulting for our managers in all operative and strategic fields within the area of human resources
- Implementation of organizational and disciplinary measures, taking respective legal and contractual regulations into account
- Further development and coaching of managers in their role as well as the intensive promotion of our corporate culture through the organisation
- Implementation and optimization of new and existing processes in the HR environment
- Responsibility for recruitment
- Constructive and trusted cooperation with the works council
- Proactive expansion of the HR network and cooperation within the company
The Experience You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable practical vocational
- Professional experience in the field of human resources and good knowledge of the works constitution and labor law
- Commitment and a forward-looking, confidential and responsible way of working
- Organizational skills, hands-on mentality and a good sense of urgency
- Knowledge of the requirements of a manufacturing company is advantageous
- Good knowledge of the MS-Office package as well as experience with HR systems (Infor is a plus)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
