Molex is seeking a competent, reliable, and systems savvy Human Resources Generalist familiar with the Human Resources Business Partner model, HR processes including hiring and on-boarding, event planning, and employee relations.  If you have experience in HR support, along with the sophistication and communication skills to be capable of providing a high level of service to executives in the HR function, we'd like to talk with you! You will work at our worldwide headquarters campus in Lisle, IL, supporting HR executives, managers and practitioners.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Human Resources Support for our Lisle based Transportation and Industrial Solutions Division.
  • Data management with our Human Capital Management system for active employees.
  • Conducting new hire orientation and facilitation of the I-9 verification process, ensuring employee files are complete and accurate, completing employment verification's, employment claims, etc.
  • Assisting with the coordination and management of Leaves of Absences.
  • Conducting exit interviews and involvement in termination processes.
  • Managing administration of active and inactive Contractors.
  • Providing monthly reports as directed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or other related field(s)
  • 2+ years of related experience in Human Resources, including applicable laws/regulations, compensation, training.

  • Ability to work independently

  • Previous experience supporting a geographically diverse or global workforce
  • Previous experience supporting a manufacturing group/facility
