What You Will Do In Your Role
- Develop a business plan for the assigned accounts, and grow the account revenue, market share & profit goals and objectives.
- Build a strong project pipeline of the assigned key customers by maximising Molex footprint in new/existing programs.
- Identify product gaps of the assigned customers and work with product division to match those technologies.
- Build strong relationship with key decision-makers across different functional groups
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
The Experience You Will Bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in technical sales or solution selling in Consumer/Medical/Automotive industry.
- Experience in selling to OEM / ODM
- Able to work with R&D engineers and other key stakeholders within an organization
- Must have proven track records and contacts with key decision maker/influencer and other executives within the industry.
