The Koch Global Solutions (KGS) Customer Service Organization is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for providing a consumer-focused service related to software, printers, and other IT issues. You will be empowered to innovate and challenge the status quo to provide enterprise wide solutions.

What You Will Do In Your Role

This role will help build your technical knowledge and the application of our management philosophy, Market Based Management, while providing enterprise-wide solutions. Our environment is team-orientated, welcome to challenging status quo; both operational and innovation focused. You will also receive exposure to and ability to gain better understanding of our Koch Companies.

The Experience You Will Bring 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in IT customer service, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and MS operating systems and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Data Reporting/Data Analytics

  • Experience with Service Now 
  • Experience with SCCM or other software deployment tools
  • Experience with troubleshooting Mac issues
  • Experience with troubleshooting Android and iOS issues
  • Experience deploying enterprise-wide IT solutions
  • Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and organizational skills
