What you will do in your role:

 As a Senior International Tax Analyst at Koch Companies Services, LLC, your major responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing foreign income tax returns and reviewing and preparing U.S. informational returns for foreign entities (5471, 8858, 8865) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax law
  • Tracking tax positions and their potential impacts on the company’s effective tax rate
  • Developing and training tax interns and staff accountants
  • Supporting company positions in tax audits and participating in tax planning projects

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to research tax impacts and required disclosures related to transactions
  • Ability to proactively innovate, create and drive change 

    The experience you will bring:


    • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following (Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Taxation) or a JD
    • 3+ years in a corporate income tax role 
    • 1+ years in an international income tax role


    • Master’s degree in Taxation or JD
    • Previous CPA firm or multi-national corporation experience
    • Corporate Tax experience
