Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Medford, Wisconsin location is seeking a Production Coordinator to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Schedule Operators to jobs, breaks and rotations
  • Perform as a back-up for the Production Team Leader
  • Coach and train production group and perform audits of operators throughout shift and at shift end
  • Assist Team Leader with various projects on an as needed basis
  • Issuing of production process deviations as needed

  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Shift: 12 Hour Rotating Nights | 5:00p - 5:00a plus 10% shift premium This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorshipIn order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
