Business Operations Specialist

Our European Business Operations Team is currently transforming from a customer service to a customer experience team, integrating customer service, logistics and short-term supply/demand planning, whom create a competitive advantage for INVISTA while providing a superior buying experience for our preferred partners. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

As part of this ongoing transformation, we are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual who will flourish within our Market-Based Management® culture; this customer facing role will focus on the end-to-end order fulfillment process whilst building mutually beneficial customer relationships. As part of our vision to provide customers a superior buying experience, we are looking for someone who will identify and capture profitable opportunities which transform how work is accomplished and create superior value for the customer. The successful candidate will have opportunity to drive innovation, work with new tools and technology and operate within an international environment.

Strong communication skills combined with an ability to articulate their ideas and any challenges to a wider group of stakeholders are essential.The successful candidate will also embrace and advance new technology solutions and transform how work is accomplished.

Education

Having a bachelor’s degree is desirable, and 3 years+ professional experience is essential, exposure to Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred. Additional language skills are not essential but would be desirable. Professional experience in an international environment is a plus, together with an understanding of how strong analytics can drive improvements in your area of responsibility.
