Our facility in Waxahachie, TX is a leading corrugated box manufacturer and part of our Packaging Division. We manufacture standard corrugated containers, as well as many specialty packaging products, such as corrugated packaging used in storing food items and bulk containers. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and facilities for improved reliability and uptime
  • Installing and repairing mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, belts, and couplings
  • Communicating with Operations Associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics

The Experience You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of experience as an Industrial Controls Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role
  • Experience repairing and maintaining both electrical controls and mechanical systems in accordance with mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics, operations manuals, PLC programs, and manufacturer’s specifications
  • Willing and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, over water, and in hot or cold weather conditions
  • Willing and able to work any shift, on-call, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the Corrugated Packaging industry
  • Mechanical and Electrical experience with converting machinery and corrugator in a box plant
  • Experience programming VFD’s and PLC’s
  • Electrical Controls including 24 VDC, 110 VAC and 480 VAC 3 phase
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience
  • Welding and Fabrication skills
  • Experience creating technical drawings


  • High School Diploma or GED
