As a Tax Manager at Koch Companies Services, LLC, your major responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing US income tax returns including Forms 1120 and 1065
  • Developing and training tax analysts and tax interns
  • Maintaining tax positions and attributes for assigned companies
  • Updating projections based on business forecasts and review quarterly tax accounting submissions
  • Building and developing relationships across the Koch companies to understand and optimize the various business tax positions
  • Ensuring tax reporting is aligned with and appropriately reflects business transactions and tax positions
  • A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Ability to research tax impacts and required disclosures related to transactions

The experience you will bring:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Taxation or a JD
  • 4+ years of experience in a federal corporate income taxation role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ASC 740, formerly FAS 109, accounting for income taxes experience
  • CPA firm or large multi-national corporation experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Master's degree in Taxation
  • Experience working with partnership and/or international tax compliance
