What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Oversee the implementation of marketing communications programs to support the EU regional strategic objectives in achieving the overall business goal, such as supporting regional growth opportunities, launching into new customers, or entering new markets
  • Set regional strategy and campaign direction by driving consensus among all internal areas (includes driving global alignment with campaign strategy)
  • Lead, develop and implement all strategic marketing communications plans and recommendations, as well as drive the development and implementation of marketing communications multi-channel programs together with key stakeholders in the EU
  • Design and iterate a dedicated Digital Strategy as part of the EU Regional MarCom Plan
  • Develop an overview about available digital tools and platforms in the EU – provide thorough knowledge of the principles of digital behaviour, messaging, and marketing through digital tools in B-to-B environment. Utilize a mix/variety of formats and channels available (e.g. LinkedIn, Youtube, XING etc.)
  • Expense planning and prioritization of the EU regional MarCom campaigns, in cooperation with the EU Sales teams
  • Define metrics to measure effectiveness of program and provide feedback to MarCom and EU Regional Sales management. Install measurable KPI’s with the focus (internal and external) on quantifying all activities against communication objectives
  • Understand, support, and comply with current Molex policies and practices for related business programs, including but not limited to: government regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S), Total Quality Management (TQM), and other Management Systems

The Experience You Will Bring

  • 4+ Years of experience in Business-to-Business Environment
  • Strong digital marketing background
  • Fluent English and fluent German written and spoken are a must-have
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Electronics’ Industry experience very nice to have
  • Regional European experience - International/Global experience would be an advantage
  • Expert level computer skills with presentation software and word processing systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of different cultures

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or Related
