What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Drive business growth for Specialty Industrial Materials (SIM) business in China, manage/optimize sales with existing customers and account for business P&L
  • Develop strategy and develop execution plans for key accounts and downstream customers along the value chain, develop price and supply strategies to maximize long term value for INVISTA
  • Develop customer relationship, and optimize value selling opportunities and pull through product offerings
  • Develop local leadership and team competence with focus on improving MBM culture and economics thinking skills in Shanghai office
  • Manage matrix environment, be effective in working both regional and global environment
  • Drive transformation activities with customers to transform the way we operate and transact our business, create mutual benefit with our automotive Tier 1 partners

The Experience You Will Bring


  • 5 to 8 years’ working experience in business leadership in MNC B2B sizeable business unit, preferable with related industrial textile or automotive experience
  • High ethical standard to comply company policies and compliance standard.
  • Strong initiative to learn, able to learn quickly, multi-task, flexibility, adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
  • Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with a diverse multifunctional global team
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
