We seek a highly motivated Recruiter to join a collaborative team that attracts and hires diverse, accounting and finance early career talent across Koch companies.
Our Team
Early Career talent programs are an essential source of talent at Koch with more than 800 interns and new college graduates hired on average annually. This role offers limitless possibilities as it supports hiring across all Koch companies (Koch Industries, Molex, Guardian Industries, Georgia-Pacific, INVISTA, etc.). We seek innovative talent eager to enhance recruiting strategies, develop trusted relationships and share the employee experience with external audiences.
The role is based in Wichita, KS.
What You Will Do
- Understand the core skills needed for Early Career talent in an evolving landscape.
- Develop a strategy that identifies, attracts, and retains diverse talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Develop recruiting strategies by interpreting data, and understanding market trends and business needs to inform recruiting strategies.
- Manage the design and implementation of recruitment processes, ensuring key deliverables proactively meet the ever-changing business needs.
- Enable the development of hiring managers to effectively source, recruit, and hire Early Career talent.
- Serve as a valued business partner, building and sustaining meaningful relationships with our leadership teams, hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting Coordination, Connection Network, Marketing and Branding, Business HR, etc.).
- Build trusted relationships with external partners and effectively communicate the employer value proposition and why Koch is an employer of choice.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in hiring/recruiting (experience could be as a hiring supervisor, interviewer, recruiter, connection/volunteer network member, etc.)
- Experience developing strategies and leading work streams/projects (fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working at a Koch company with demonstrated understanding and application of Principle Based Management
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in the accounting/finance industry (experience can be technical experience or administrative/operational support)
- Established university relations, especially with our targeted universities (academic advisory, relationship with career services, departmental faculty)
