Your Job
To strengthen our purchasing team, we are currently seeking an ambitious Operational Buyer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week). In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders and be responsible for the demand-driven and efficient procurement of materials, ensuring that our company maintains its competitiveness.

What You Will Do

•  Introduction, monitoring, and maintenance of delivery schedules in the ERP system based on our customers' demand figures 
• Monitoring of functions, reports, and supply chain systems (e.g., consignment stock, buffer stock agreement)
• Creation and review of reports (e.g., backlog reports and delivery schedules)
• Ensuring inventory levels, including safety and distributor stocks 
• Close collaboration and coordination with strategic purchasing
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Completed university degree or successfully completed vocational training with a focus on business or technology 
• Previous experience in operational purchasing is advantageous 
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) 
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to achieving our ambitious goals 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive abilities 
• Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
