Engineer, PCB Design




Design complex high-speed digital and power printed circuit boards using Flex and Rigid PCBs. The position involves a degree of leadership in advancing and improving the PCB design process, design techniques, and related technology.

The position requires a hands-on understanding of the fundamentals of printed circuit board design, the hardware and software tools associated with design, and the electronic component packages located within a design. Must have the ability to organize, plan, and coordinate the PCB design tasks that are involved in product development and the ability to make technical decisions that affect the direction of a design.



  1. Expertise in using ECAD tools such as Altium/Allegro & CAM350.

2. Familiar with PCB stack-up design, Signal Integrity intensive layout design techniques, and identifying potential layout design issues and providing options for solutions.

  1. Familiarity with Power Electronics converters like AC - DC, DC - AC, DC - DC and PCB design constraints like Clearance and Creepage.
  2. Expert in the PCB design process: schematic capture, layout, generation of design files, BOMs, and release and revision control.
  3. Should have done complex boards with High Component Density, Digital & Analog Circuit experience.
  4. HDI, Blind/Buried via Technology Exposure.

7. Provide expertise to optimize PCB designs and resolve PCB design technical issues at PCB fabricators and contract manufacturers.

8. Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, managing own time to meet project milestones and schedules.

  1. Proficiency in the creation of all PCB-related documentation including the PCB drawing, module assembly drawing, PCB configuration and revision management, PCB parts list, and project folder
  2. Knowledge of RF circuitry design and wireless technologies including Bluetooth
  3. Must have knowledge of Library Creation and Library Database Management, Symbol Creation and make Schematic Entry.
  4. Experience in CAM validation using tools such as CAM350 will be an added advantage.
  5. Knowledge of the PCB Manufacturing Process is Plus.

14. Documents/updates existing PCB design procedures, guidelines, and specifications.

15. Work under the direction of senior members of the PCB Design team.

16. Collaborate with Hardware Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Signal Integrity EMC Engineers from product concept to post-layout validation.




BE/B Tech in Electrical/Electronic & Communication Engineering



3 to 5 years of PCB Layout design.


  1. Expertise in using ECAD tools such as Mentor/Altium/Allegro & CAM350.
  2. Has very good communication skills (written & verbal).
  3. Experience with documentation standards.
  4. Ability to work with little or no supervision.

5. Good computer skills: Microsoft Office tools and ERP Tools knowledge. (Excel VBA Macros skill is mandated).

  3. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvements.
  4. Familiarity with manufacturing and design environments.
  5. Cross-functional team experience is highly preferred
