Your Job
Georgia-Pacific’s Building Products segment is seeking a Sales Transformation Manager to join its Order-to-Cash Catalyst project team. Responsible for driving transformation in the areas of people, process, data, and technology, the individual in this role will be focused on advancing our Customer Order Management and Demand Fulfilment capabilities. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly identify process gaps, communicate ideas effectively, coordinate large teams, and partner across multiple capabilities. This role will have direct exposure to executive and senior-level leadership while shaping the future state of our Building Products businesses.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Building Products business lines (Gypsum, Lumber, Plywood, OSB, and Composite Panels) 
  • Serve as a domain expert for Customer Order Management and Demand Fulfillment capabilities during the different phases of the Catalyst project (Design, Build, Test, and Deploy) 
  • Assess current Customer Order Management processes identifying gaps, opportunities, areas for automation, and future state capability needs Develop business scenarios, user stories, and functional specs supporting future state process, data, and reporting requirements 
  • Drive standardization of processes across the different Building Products businesses where profitable 
  • Ensure Order Management processes profitably integrate with up and downstream process areas Identify and define interim state processes required to support our deployment strategy 
  • Coordinate internal and external resources in delivery of desired business outcomes and bets Develop and provide end user training to support Catalyst solution implementation 
  • Be a change advocate within Building Products businesses internalizing and socializing our Catalyst Vison 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of progressive experience working in Customer Order Management, Order-to-Cash, Demand Fulfilment, Customer Experience, or Supply Chain 
  • Experience working in an Order Management/ Order to Cash platform such as SAP S/4HANA, Infor M3, or similar 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or another business-related field 
  • Experience with manufacturing companies/industries (esp. Industrial or Building products) 
  • Experience implementing large-scale digital transformation projects
