IT/OT System Administrator

What You Will Do

• Traditional IT systems knowledge, mostly Process Network oriented (process network and security infrastructure, plant operational printers, anti-virus and patching, wired and wireless networks etc.)
• Cybersecurity
• Bridge among the different teams such as engineering and global IT/OT teams
• Propose new solutions based on the local experience, for future enhancements.
• Testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Local vendors relationship
• Physical assistance for preventive and reactive maintenance
• Be able to proceed to change any of those during:
• • Failures
  • Preventive/Predictive maintenance windows
  • Planned technology changes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in the administration of a network, servers, desktop systems and communication devices
• Working knowledge of current network communications devices and protocols as well as server and desktop technologies, esp. Windows Server
• Working knowledge of Cisco and VMware is very nice to have.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
• Previous work experience following change management procedures and maintaining a highly available infrastructure.
• Fluent in English

What Will Put You Ahead

• Desirable basic knowledge of ICS elements
• HMI, Scadas, data collectors, Historian
• Industrial communication protocols, OPC, profinet, modbus.
• PLCs
