We are looking to hire Maintenance supervisor to join our plant in Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Our Team
You will be part of Guardian plant team supervising plant maintenance activities and technicians
What You Will Do
Safety and EHS excellence
- Hazard Identification
- Conducting, reviewing, and updating risk assessment.
- Safely executing of our daily maintenance work.
- Work Assignment.
- Own and supervise the maintenance activities.
- Periodizing of the daily activities
- Distribute activities and assign technicians.
- Apply comparative advantage strategies in assigning tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments for equipment availability.
- Verifying spare parts.
- Referring to technical documents when it’s needed and provide the required technical information.
- Own your maintenance schedule (PM, Routine jobs, and daily rounds.)
- Review of complete work effectiveness.
- Fast respond to operation emergency calls
- Contribute to achieve department KPIs.
- Coach the team.
- Coach team to be the best fit for our company’s needs.
- Advance company culture and align the team with our vision.
- Periodizing of the daily activities
- Addressing performance issues, rewarding & recognition of employees.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering field preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrument Engineering or any equivalent technical degree in the related field.
Experience in manufacturing plants, or related industries.
Minimum 3 years working knowledge in maintenance planning and scheduling, shutdown/turnaround planning & execution, preventative maintenance systems, corrective maintenance and attending break down.
