Job Role: Cash Application Supervisor (O2C)

Compensation: Best In Industry

Shift: Should be flexible to work in US shifts

Job Location: Bangalore

Primary Purpose:

· Ensure the validity, correctness, completeness, and professional documents of accounting in the scheduled timetable.

· Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and flawless delivery of services.

· Standardize and improve processes as per the strategic objectives set for Molex GBS.

· Participate and drive Global CI Projects

· Managing team size of 5 to 10

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Order to Cash:

· Any candidate with prior experience in O2C Cash Applications process

· Excellent Communication skills

· Open to prior experience in B2B or B2C cash applications experience

· Comfortable in delivering targets in terms of recoverable.

· Should have sound knowledge of basics in accounting.

· Should be able to display confidence in interacting with customers, also have the ability to persuade & negotiate.

· Should have team handling experience and conducted performance appraisals would be a plus.

· Engaged in the AR Cash Application process includes understanding in customer payment cycle, reporting of unallocated / unidentified cash

· Facilitate receiving payments on time within the threshold set by the business leaders.

· Excellent in accounting entries and AR Cycle knowledge.

 

 

Education:

· Bachelor of Commerce [B. Com (Hons)] or Any degree specialization in Accounts, MBA, M.Com, CA

Work Experience:

Required

· 8+ years accounting experience in a multinational environment.

· Hands on 2 to 3 years of experience in team handling / team management.

· 6 years of experience in OTC in SAP.

 

Skills & Abilities:

Required

· Good coordination skills

· Strong ability at Excel and words. Expert skills in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word.

· Good master’s in communication for English

· Work with high volume in a systematic way

· With positive attitude, a team player

· Quick learner and can work under pressure

· High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally

· Ability to express ideas, opinion and analysis in a clear, coherent and logical manner.

· Understand and deliver on agreed SLA’s and KPI’s – highlight potential risks in advance and ensure all compliance and controls are being met.

· SAP Experience is a must.

· Innovation mind set, challenge statusquo and ability to deliver continuous improvement

· Ability to resolve conflicts and resolution of escalations quickly.

    · Postitive attitude, a team player and ability to create high performance teams.
