Your Job
We are looking for a contribution motivated person open to learning new skills and willing to proactively share their knowledge and ideas with others! In this role, you will support Molding production by doing setups, and pulling/restocking materials as needed. 

Shift Options:  

• B Shift: 12 Hour Nights 6pm - 6am (Sun-Tues + every other Saturday)
• D Shift: 12 Hour Nights 6pm - 6am (Wed-Fri + every other Saturday)

What You Will Do

• Maintain & utilize troubleshooting skills for all material level processes
  
• Troubleshoot material load issues & actively work with maintenance on corrections
  
• Supply and maintain proper materials at correct processes (including moisture tests)
• Keep materials and support equipment maintained for proper operation
• Do all required SAP and material movement transactions using a computer
• Maintain Safety, Quality, and Housekeeping standards
• Regularly lifting product 
• Effective communication with team members
• Work in a team environment
• Problem solving 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• Manufacturing Experience
• Forklift Experience
