Your Job
As a member of the global AP team, we expect you to challange the regional and global Accounts Payable process, as well as push for the constant transformations of the team and the organization.  You wil find transformation opportunities in the END TO END process of the accounts payable team and execute them. You will contribute globally to improvements in other regions.  Maintain a relationship of "partnership" with the stakeholders of the process at a global level. As part of your job you will upervise the maintenance of the accounts payable of the plants and locations in the United States. Our Team
The AP team to which this role will belong will the AMERICAS team, where we are responsible for  the payment to suppliers from all Guardian Glass regions throughout the Americas. This person will be reporting at the Queretaro/El Marques plant, working hybridly. 

What You Will Do

• Senior partner with the stakeholders of the AP process 
• Escalate issues to AP Manager in a timely manner. 
• Performs data analysis to support with monthly KPI´S 
• Continue to improve the invoice and payment process. 
• Works with team to identify and implement opportunities to streamline processing and/or enhance controls
• Maintains continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifies, reviews and implements process improvements. 
• Prioritize work, seeking guidance from AP Manager 
• Assumes additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed or directed 
• Support to ensure timely completion of audits 
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Previous Experience in Accounts Payable 
• Knowledge  on the end-to-end AP process 
• Previous experience on accounting 
• Organizational and communication skills
• Professional English Proficiency 

What Will Put You Ahead

• Strong analytical skills; process driven, systematic, analytical with keen eye for details 
• Strong understanding of Change Management and process improvement 
• Previous experience  analyzing problems, compiling data, determining facts and reaching  logical conclusions
