SRG Global in Evansville, IN is looking for Production Operators to join our team. We have openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift at this time.
Production Operators are important contributors to the plant in the Molding, Plating and Assembly departments. Our team prioritizes safety, and creating an environment where our Operators can learn and grow within the organization.
What You Will Do
- Monitor quality of parts by performing standardized inspection and following all standardized work instructions
- Observe & comply with all safety policies & procedures
- Operate various machines as needed, and perform assembly of scheduled parts within established production rates
- Perform loading and unloading of materials
- Properly handle finished and unfinished parts, and ensure proper labeling and scrap reporting
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
High School Diploma / GED
What Will Put You Ahead
1+ years of experience in working in a manufacturing environment
1+ years of machine operating experience
1+ years of experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
For this role, we anticipate paying $16.50 to 18.50 hourly. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
